House rules & Policies

Pets are not allowed in the apartment. We do love all animals but we have to make sure of other guest who may have allergies etc.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you are a smoker there are a lot of places (caffe bars etc)where you can smoke.

Parties are not allowed. We do like a good party but we have to keep in mind that our neighbours would like their peace and quiet!

It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid identity document upon check-in; passport or an identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity. Remote check-in is available; simply send us your document via email or WhatsApp.

Yes, of course. Dalmatia has some of the Europe’s best quality water supply!

Ribola supermarket is the closest (70 m away from the apartment), or Tommy within 5 min walk direction Trogir, both of them are on the main road. Within Ribola there is a butcher shop and a fish shop. Next to Tommy is Purex, a small shop where you can buy chemical-free chicken and turkey, homemade cheese… Super Konzum supermarket, Lidl, Plodine, Interspar, all big markets are two bus stations direction Split, bus 37, or 15 min by walk. In that area you can find a small shopping center Stop shop where you can find many other things than groceries.
Kaštela is great place for cycling along the seafront promenade or renting an electric romobile/scooter (more info here: https://wattour.hr/en/)… You could rent a bike quite close to the apartment, about a minute’s walk away: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ibehXTqQE7SDK6su7

We suggest that you cycle towards Trogir, along the sea, to see our Kastela’s castles, parks, numerous churches, beautiful promenades, wineries, and café bars/restaurants… Caffe bar Nehaj 2, Bijačka St. 73, 21216, Kaštel Štafilić is the last point accessible by sea. It’s a wonderful spot to watch the sunset 🌅 On the way, you’ll pass the Krespo bar, Ul. kneza Mislava 1, 21217, Kaštel Štafilić, where you can eat delicious sweet or savory pancakes 😋

If you like mountains, you can walk uphill for half an hour and reach a spot with a wonderful view of Kaštela, Split, Trogir and the islands… Simply follow the directions: Groblje Kaštel Gomilica, Ul. Mila Gora 30, 21213, Kaštel Gomilica

If you enjoy swimming, the Marina Kaštela is only 8 minutes’ walk and has a swimming pool as well as a super fancy Spinnaker restaurant. Please check https://www.marina-kastela.hr/en/swimming-pool/ for hours and prices.

Another great historical place to visit – Salona roman city ruins Manastirine : https://goo.gl/maps/G7zJvyoSK8Fw1daU7 Take bus 37, direction Split, 10 minutes’ drive, get off in Solin, and continue by walk.

Deposit and cancellation policy

Every guest who wants to make a reservation should pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount in order for the reservation to be confirmed.
The deposit should be paid on the following bank account:

The rest of the amount should be paid at least 3 business days prior to arrival.

If the guest cancels the reservation least 14 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the deposit shall be granted.
If the guest cancels the reservation 13-4 days prior to the arrival date we charge 30% the rate as cancellation fee.
If the guest cancels the reservation 3-1 day prior to the arrival date we charge 100% rate as cancellation fee.
No show is charged 100% rate.
